Chief U.S. envoy visits Pyongyang
From Times Wire Reports
The chief U.S. envoy in nuclear talks with North Korea arrived today in Pyongyang, the capital, to discuss the next steps to be taken under a disarmament deal reached in February, a Japanese official said.
Christopher Hill said before leaving Tokyo that the six-party talks were likely to resume in early July, but Pyongyang must keep its promise to shut down a nuclear reactor.
Hill is the most senior State Department official to pay a visit to North Korea since October 2002.
