TiVo starts search to replace CFO

TiVo Inc., the pioneer of digital video recorders, said Steve Sordello had resigned as chief financial officer to take the same role at an undisclosed Silicon Valley company.
TiVo is beginning a search for a new CFO, the Alviso, Calif.-based company said. Sordello will stay on board for an unspecified period of time to assist in the transition, company spokesman Elliot Sloane said.
