Should China handle pensions?

Regarding “Chinese pension fund gains increase sixfold” (June 30):

The increase provides a possible solution to our pension plan and Social Security problems: Why don’t we outsource the management of our retirement plans to China just as we have sent so many of our U.S. jobs to Asia?
