Ground zero over budget, deadline

Rebuilding at the World Trade Center site will take longer and cost more than previously projected, according to sources familiar with a report from the Port Authority of New York and New Jersey that is being released today. The Wall Street Journal reported online that rebuilding won’t be completed until the middle of the next decade and will cost up to $3 billion more than the current estimate of $15 billion.
