Daimler to buy Chrysler studio

Daimler said it agreed to buy the shuttered Carlsbad, Calif., automotive design studio of former partner Chrysler.
Daimler will use the center for designing vehicles, said a spokesman for the Stuttgart, Germany, company. He didn’t disclose the terms.
