Re “Michelle Obama is fair game,” Opinion, May 27
Jonah Goldberg points out that Barack Obama should not be critical about attacks on his wife, Michelle. He is right. If Obama hopes to be the Democratic nominee, he had better be ready for the traditional Republican assault on everything and anything -- whether the attack is morally justified or not.
The Democrats have never been able to rival the Republicans on what might be called “dirty” attack ads. Barack, you haven’t begun to see what the Republicans can do.
