NFL: In the May 22 Sports section, a column about Los Angeles’ chances of hosting an upcoming Super Bowl was accompanied by an incorrect photo. The photo identified as being from the 1993 Super Bowl at the Rose Bowl was actually from the 1994 Super Bowl at the Georgia Dome. Also, the photo caption said the 1993 game was the last time a Super Bowl had been played in Southern California. It was the last time a Super Bowl was played in the Los Angeles area; there have been two since then in San Diego.
