Share

The giant eyeball landed in Chicago in the summer of 2010. Local artist and sculptor Tony Tasset’s highly anticipated new public sculpture “Eye,” modeled after one of the artist’s blue eyeballs is on display in the Loop’s Pritzker Park, at State and Van Buren Streets. Sections of the giant 30-foot fiberglass sphere arrived in carefully cut, expressway-friendly pieces via truck from their manufacturer, the Sparta, Wis.-based F.A.S.T. Corporation.
