Street artist murals to promote ‘Fruitvale Station’ hit some walls

To advertise the movie about the 2009 fatal shooting of Oakland’s Oscar Grant, the Weinstein Co. commissioned murals in L.A., San Francisco and New York, but the projects have been delayed over several issues.
