Among names of note to pop up on sales that have finally slowpoked their way into the public record is Todd DeStefano, who has sold his Pasadena house for $1.92 million. The former L.A. Coliseum events manager is charged with receiving more than $2 million in illegal payments for helping to stage raves at Coliseum properties and keeping the costs down, according to Times reports.
Listed at $2.05 million in September, the two-story contemporary contains three fireplaces, five bedrooms and seven bathrooms in its 5,585 square feet of living space. Outside features include an outdoor fireplace, a swimming pool with spa, a pond, a pool pavilion with outdoor kitchen and a rose garden.
Public records show the property was purchased in 2009 for $1.75 million.
