‘Fargo’s’ Adam Arkin puts his studio-close hideaway on the market
Actor Adam Arkin of the current series “Fargo” has listed a Studio City house for sale at $1.099 million.
The gated retreat encompasses three-quarters of an acre tucked away amid trees on the side of a hill and accessed by private road.
Built in 1956, the ranch house features large windows that take in canyon views. A living room with a fireplace and vaulted ceilings, a family room that opens to a brick patio and an eat-in kitchen are within the nearly 1,800 square feet of living space, which also includes an office, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.
The master bedroom opens to the swimming pool area. A deck overlooks the canyon greenbelt.
Arkin, 59, gained fame on the medical drama “Chicago Hope” (1994-2000). This year, he was also in the TV drama “State of Affairs” starring Katherine Heigl.
