‘Mom’s’ Allison Janney lists her homey place in Studio City

Allison Janney, who stars in the CBS show “Mom,” has listed a house in Studio City for sale at $1.495 million.

The traditional-style home sits on more than a half-acre of grounds with mature trees, a solar-heated swimming pool and a covered outdoor dining area. A stone path leads up to a tiki bar-inspired lounge and viewing deck that take in the mountains and surrounding greenery.

The 1,925 square feet of interior space include a living/family room with a fireplace, a dining room, an updated kitchen with stainless-steel appliances and an island, and a bonus office area. The master suite has a vaulted wood-beam ceiling and claw-foot tub for a total of three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

Janney, 55, starred as the White House press secretary on “The West Wing” from 1999 to 2006. Since then she has been seen in “Masters of Sex” (2013-14) and “Mr. Sunshine” (2011).

She bought the Studio City property in 2001 for $799,000, public records show.
