Paradigm executive Brad Turell lists Sherman Oaks showplace

Brad Turell, executive vice president of corporate communications at Paradigm Talent Agency, has listed his house in Sherman Oaks for sale at $3.295 million.

Designed for entertaining, the 9,400-square-foot Mediterranean has been his family home for nearly a decade.

The grand foyer serves as the entrance to the house, with dual marble staircases, a circular hand-painted ceiling and a 35-foot-tall ceiling. There are seven bedrooms and nine bathrooms, including a 1,000-square-foot master suite with a sitting room and a balcony overlooking the mosaic-bottom swimming pool.

Among other rooms are a home theater, a gym, a sauna, an arcade room, a bar and a wine cellar.

Turell headed public relations for both the Fox and WB networks at their launches and is a former communications honcho for Turner Broadcasting.

He plans to downsize now that his children are starting to head off to college. The property last changed hands in 2003 for $1.65 million.
