“Dancing With the Stars” judge Carrie Ann Inaba has put her Valley Village house on the market but she’s not looking for 9s or 10s, high scores the competition show. She’d like $1.249 million.

The 1940s house is set on close to a quarter-acre lot surrounded by gates and hedges. The 2,252 square feet of contemporary living space contains a formal living room with a fireplace, a family room with a sitting area and another fireplace, a formal dining room, three bedrooms and two full bathrooms.

The kitchen features granite counters, stainless-steel appliances, a skylight and a breakfast area. The family room opens to an office/den that leads to the master suite. A walk-in closet with a separate dressing area connects to the master bathroom, which has a double-sink vanity, a soaking tub and a shower.

The master bedroom overlooks gardens with tropical and drought-tolerant plants, lawn and a patio. The detached bonus room can be used for a gym, a recording studio or a guest room. There’s a security system with cameras.

Inaba, 48, is a dancer, choreographer, an actress and a singer. She has been on the reality dance contest show since 2005 and was a Fly Girl in the series “In Living Color” from 1990 to 1992.

The property previously sold in 2007 for $965,000.

Sharon Rollins of Keller Williams is the listing agent.
