Comic actor Danny McBride, known for his role as Kenny Powers on the HBO comedy "Eastbound & Down," has listed a penthouse loft in Hollywood for lease at $7,999 a month.
Found atop the Broadway Hollywood building, the one-bedroom unit features 2,149 square feet of open space with dark wood floors, a media room and a kitchen with stainless steel cabinetry. Walls of windows take in views extending from the Capitol Records building to the Hollywood sign.
On the second floor, the bedroom opens to a private deck with an outdoor fireplace. There are two full bathrooms.
Among the building amenities is 24-hour concierge services, a gym and a rooftop deck with cabanas. Two parking spaces come with the unit.
McBride bought the loft in 2008 for $1.435 million, records show. He owns other property in Los Angeles.
