It’s not quite the price he expected, but Jeremy Piven has finally shed his Malibu beach house. The “Entourage” star sold the waterfront estate for $6.6 milllion, down about $3.9 million from what he originally sought two years ago.

Entered through an ivy-clad garden courtyard, the home offers 4,404 square feet across three stories.

White walls clash with dark hardwood in the main-level living spaces, which include a bright living room, family room, dining area and kitchen with a breakfast bar. The space expands to a wraparound deck, where a spa takes in ocean views.

The master suite, one of four bedrooms and 3.25 bathrooms, spans the majority of the top floor. It offers a spa tub, steam shower and private balcony.

Saltillo tile lines the bottom level, built for entertaining with a wet bar and sauna. Through sliding glass doors, the space opens to a patio that descends to 50 feet of beach frontage.

Madison Hildebrand and Jill Galloway of Compass held the listing. Carl Gambino of Westside Estate Agency represented the buyer.

Piven, 53, won a Golden Globe and three Emmy Awards for his role in HBO’s “Entourage,” and he also starred as the main character in the British drama “Mr Selfridge.” His credits on the film side include “Old School” and “Smokin’ Aces.”

Two years ago, he shelled out $6.8 million for an architectural home in Mount Olympus.
