Justin Bartha sells his bachelor pad in Hollywood Hills West

Justin Bartha of “The Hangover” and “National Treasure” films has sold a holdover from his bachelor days in Hollywood Hills West for $1.385 million.

The Spanish-style house, built in the 1930s, sits behind gates and walls and is paparazzi-proofed with video surveillance. Vaulted beamed ceilings, dining and living rooms, a family room, a breakfast bar, two bedrooms and two bathrooms are among features within the of 1,416 square feet of living space.

A swimming pool, a hot tub and a covered patio also are on the 7,500-square-foot lot.

Bartha, 35, starred in the sitcom “The New Normal” (2012-13). He married personal trainer Lia Smith in January.

The actor bought the house in 2007 for $1.25 million, public records show. Hat tip goes to Redfin for spotting the sale of the property, which had been listed at $1.375 million.
