Actor Paul Hogan of “Crocodile Dundee” fame has sold his home in Venice for $1.995 million.

Built in the 1920s and recently remodeled, the gated compound features reclaimed wood beams, plaster walls and polished concrete floors. Walls of glass and automated skylights invite light within the free-flowing floor plan.

Some 1,400 square feet of open space includes a living and dining room area, an updated kitchen and master suite lined with tumbled Carrera marble. There are three bedrooms and two bathrooms in all.

Outdoors, a patio and sitting area receive shade from a blanket of tall bamboo. A detached studio/garage sits adjacent to the main house.

Hogan, 75, is best known for his role as Mick “Crocodile” Dundee in the “Crocodile Dundee” films. Among his other movie credits is “Lightning Jack” (1994) and “Flipper” (1996).

He bought the home with ex-wife Linda Kozlowski in late 2013 for $1.585 million, records show. The couple divorced last year.

Tami Pardee of Pardee Properties was the listing agent. The sale closed outside of the Multiple Listing Service.
