Rob Cavallo, the Grammy Award-winning producer who has worked with the Dave Matthews Band, Green Day and Linkin Park, has listed his home in Hidden Hills for sale at $7.499 million.

Set on more than an acre in the celebrity-preferred community, the property includes a Mediterranean-style main house, a guesthouse, a courtyard and a pool with a water slide. A pair of three-car garages have been retrofitted as a separate game room/man cave and state-of-the-art recording studio.

Opening through a grand foyer with a sweeping double staircase, the 10,532 square feet of living space features a movie theater, a 400-bottle wine room, a gym, an office, five bedrooms and five full bathrooms. The guest house adds an additional bedroom suite.

Grounds where Dave Matthews performed a private benefit concert in 2010 include an outdoor living room, a patio, a courtyard with a fountain and a pool with a spa and waterslide.

Cavallo, 51, received three Grammy awards, two of which came working with Green Day, and has produced platinum-selling albums for artists including the Goo Goo Dolls, Kid Rock and Phil Collins. He was named chairman at Warner Bros. Records in 2010.

Public records show that Cavallo purchased the property in February 2003 for $5.75 million. Philip Lamond of Keller Williams Realty is the listing agent.
