Actress Vanessa Hudgens is ready to graduate from her Studio City Mediterranean
Actress Vanessa Hudgens has listed her home in the foothills of Studio City for sale at $3.895 million.
At the heart of the Mediterranean showplace is a sweeping staircase leading to the second floor. Its wrought-iron railing echoes the ironwork on the front door. A variety of doorways in arch shapes, including rounded horseshoe and ogee, bring visual interest to the 5,200 square feet of interiors.
The kitchen has an extra-large center island and overlooks the waterfall-fed swimming pool in the backyard.
An open-concept office and family room upstairs could be converted into an additional bedroom. Including the master suite, with vaulted ceilings, a sitting area, a double-sided fireplace and a balcony, that would make a total of six bedrooms and seven bathrooms.
Hudgens, 30, appeared in “Thirteen” (2003), the “High School Musical” films (2006-08), “Machete Kills” (2013) and “The Princess Switch” (2018), among many other films and television shows. She has released two studio albums.
A trust with which she is associated bought the property in 2008 for $2.75 million.
