"Selling L.A." reality show viewers may wonder if any of the featured homes actually sell. Although perhaps not in time for the closing credits, some houses under consideration for the show do find a buyer outside the roving eye of the camera.
One home that agent Rebekah Schwartz was promoting to
for its 15 minutes of fame was the Marina del Rey pad that former Laker

The contemporary Mediterranean, built in 1999, is set on a walk-street a block from the ocean. The 4,800-square-foot house features a gym, multiple balconies, vaulted ceilings, a three-car garage, four bedrooms and four bathrooms.
Schwartz and Ladd Jackson of Hilton & Hyland were the listing agents.
