Actor Neal McDonough lists Windsor Square home at $2.9 million

Actor Neal McDonough and his wife, Ruve, have listed their house in Windsor Square at $2.899 million.

Built in 1922, the Southern Colonial-style home features a step-down living room with a fireplace, a dining room that is used as a billiards room and a high-ceilinged family room that opens to a patio with a spa, wet bar and lounge area. There are five bedrooms, 3.5 bathrooms and 4,067 square feet of living space.

McDonough, 47, is known for roles on the series “Band of Brothers” (2001), “Boomtown” (2002-03) and “Desperate Housewives” (2008-09). He was in the 2012 season of “Justified” and will play Joseph Hooker in the upcoming miniseries “To Appomattox.”

The couple bought the quarter-acre property in 2005 for $2.675 million, public records show.

Lisa Hutchins of Coldwell Banker’s Hancock Park North office is the listing agent, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
