Lady Gaga is "doing unbelievable" a month after undergoing hip surgery that prompted her to cancel the remainder of her world tour.

Gaga, 26, whose real name is Stefani Germanotta, had to have the surgery as a result of a concert injury that rendered her immobile. She hid the injury from her staff for some time but finally announced that she was hurt when she could no longer walk.
