Jennifer Aniston is back again as People's most beautiful woman, only this time, the magazine's cover says, she's talking about her secrets for staying young.

Alas, no shortcuts -- the 47-year-old actress says she works out for an hour, six days a week.

"I feel really beautiful when I finish a great workout," she told the mag. "Because I've taken care of my body, my endorphins are going, my blood is pumping. I'm taking care of the one body I have."

Still, she said, she's never loved her "bubble butt." But she's now OK with her body overall.

"Now people are paying money to get things injected. Like we're sitting here dying over squats and I'm like, 'Wait, what's the trend?!'"

Aniston was previously tapped as most beautiful woman by People in 2004, when she was married to Brad Pitt and wrapping up a decade of "Friends."  Now she's married to Justin Theroux and has a big-screen ensemble comedy, "Mother's Day," set to open at the end of the month.

No, she shouldn't be defined by who she's married to, but the gossip surrounding Aniston's love life has been significant enough over the years that it's at least worth a mention. Given her experience in the spotlight, she's decided against indulging in social media.

"You know they say once you've been burned? I don't feel the need to go seek out people hurting my feelings," she told People, laughing. "Because you know if you're going to go find something positive, you're bound to bump into something that's not so positive. And I'm not against social media, honestly, it's just not my thing."

The ladies most recently gracing the cover of the Most Beautiful issue, which has been a thing since 1990 and up until 1998 was open to men as well, include Sandra Bullock in 2015, Lupita Nyong'o in 2014, Gwyneth Paltrow in 2013, Beyonce in 2012, Jennifer Lopez in 2011 and Julia Roberts in 2010.
