Taylor Swift dated British "Les Miserables" actor Eddie Redmayne when she tried out for the role of Eponine in the movie musical in October 2011. Swift lost the role to Samantha Barks and the romance was over by February 2012, because Redmayne reportedly was not interested in a long-distance relationship.
