Scott Disick has reportedly entered rehab again, according to stories out Monday.

The “Keeping Up With the Kardashians” personality has been admitted to Rythmia Life Advancement Center in Costa Rica, multiple outlets were reporting.

However, Disick’s camp declined to comment to the Los Angeles Times about the stories or what exactly he might be getting treatment for.

“I realize my issues are bigger than me and I’m ready to truly remedy this struggle I continue to battle,” he was quoted as telling TMZ and Gossip Cop, in statements, further elaborating with the latter outlet in a way that sounded more like a publicity plug for the center than a vote of confidence in any recovery.

“While I have been unconvinced in the past of treatment and therapy methods, Rythmia’s rehab approach puts my worries at ease. The fact that there is a money back guarantee that has never been called upon gives me even more confidence. I am looking forward to starting my therapy and iboga treatment there,” the statement continued said.

Iboga treatment is a controversial method to battle addiction that uses the roots from an African tree.

The news comes as the reality star allegedly had a “tequila-fueled” weekend in Atlantic City, then went on a rant onstage, the sites said.

The 31-year-old, who has three children with girlfriend Kourtney Kardashian, has entered treatment in the past and has worked on his sobriety for years as the couple’s struggles have played out on their various E! reality series.
