Golden Globe Awards set 2016 date

The Golden Globes will return Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016

The 73rd annual Golden Globe Awards will be held Sunday, Jan. 10, 2016, the Hollywood Foreign Press Assn. and Dick Clark Productions announced Tuesday.

The Globes ceremony has taken place the second or third weekend in January for the past decade.

NBC will once again air the live telecast from 5 to 8 p.m. PST from the Beverly Hilton Hotel in Beverly Hills.

A host has yet to be named for the show, which has been emceed the last three years by Amy Poehler and Tina Fey. Though the comedic duo have earned good reviews and strong ratings, they've both said they don't plan to return for a fourth go-round.
