Bon Iver's Justin Vernon awkwardly picked up the Grammy for new artist and immediately told the crowd, "I'm a little uncomfortable up here." And he was, with a long, rambling speech that certainly had the crowd shifting in its seats, praying for the music to play him off the stage -- which it finally did.
