Price: $4.95 The breakfast burrito at Frank's is a must-have as a hangover cure or for any time you are in need of a burrito (they serve it all day). It's filled with melted cheese, potatoes, scrambled eggs and your choice of sausage or bacon. The burrito comes with homemade chips and red or green salsa.
