Garfield Ave., Alhambra (626) 281-3452 Special available 5 p.m. to 12 a.m. Monday. $.50 Alhambra, a haven for inexpensive Chinese food, is not quite known for Mexican, but you'll be hard-pressed to find cheaper tacos elsewhere.
