Kim Berger is perhaps the smartest woman in America. How else to describe an artist who makes customized dog bowls? Because each is made to order by hand, you can't get delivery before Christmas. But Berger does send a postcard that touts the present that's to follow later. We're guessing the dog won't mind the wait.
