McMahon died last year at age 86. His three-decade stint on "The Tonight Show Starring Johnny Carson" (1962-92) ingrained the elongated introduction "Here's Johnny" into the pop psyche. He hosted "Star Search" from 1983 to 1995 and appeared in films including "Fun With Dick and Jane" (1977).
Davis is with Hilton & Hyland, Beverly Hills.
