JPL anniversary: In the Nov. 1 California section, an article about the 80th anniversary of the Jet Propulsion Laboratory said its successes included the first orbiting spacecraft in 1968. JPL launched the first U.S. orbiting spacecraft in 1958.

Nissan GT-R: In the Oct. 29 Business section, an auto review of the Nissan GT-R referred to it as a rear-engine car. The engine is in the front.

“Hacksaw Ridge”: In the Nov. 2 Calendar section, a review of the film “Hacksaw Ridge” said that Desmond T. Doss was scorned and harassed by fellow officers. Doss was not an officer.
