Model Cindy Crawford and her husband Rande Gerber flip out of Malibu remodel
Supermodel Cindy Crawford and Rande Gerber have sold a Malibu house for $13.341 million. They listed the Traditional-style home in late May for $15.45 million and bought it last year for $6 million.
Set on 1.4 wooded acres at the end of a cul-de-sac, the gated multi-level home has a footbridge and private path leading down to the beach.
Wide-plank oak floors, neutral tones and natural materials give the house a casual elegance. A great room with a fireplace, a media/family room, a bonus room, four bedrooms and 4.5 bathrooms are among the living spaces. Tax records put the size at 3,651 square feet.
To take advantage of indoor-outdoor living, the ocean view home has walls of glass that open to two tiers of wrap-around wooden decks. A lagoon-style pool and expanses of lawn complete the grounds.
