Andy Roddick and Brooklyn Decker list Cheviot Hills contemporary
Former top-ranked men’s tennis player Andy Roddick and his wife, actress-model Brooklyn Decker, have put their home in Cheviot Hills on the market for $3.395 million.
Built in 2007, the walled and gated contemporary has an industrial vibe with floor-to-ceiling glass, steel beam accents and dark wood floors.
Some 4,900 square feet of open space includes living and dining rooms, a center-island kitchen, an office and a third-floor bonus area that opens to a rooftop deck. There are five bedrooms and five bathrooms, including an updated master suite complete with walk-in closet, soaking tub and glass-enclosed shower.
An elevator services each of the home’s three floors.
Roddick and Decker, who own another property in Texas, bought the house in 2013 for $2,792,500, records show.
Michael LaMontagna of Hilton & Hyland has the listing, according to the Multiple Listing Service.
Roddick, 32, is a former World No. 1 singles player who has made five Grand Slam finals, winning the U.S Open in 2003. Retired since 2012, he returned to the court to take part in the doubles portion of the BB&T Atlanta Open.
Decker, 28, is a fashion model and Sports Illustrated Swimsuit Issue cover girl. Among her film credits is “Just Go With It” (2012), “Battleship” and “Stretch” (2014).
