Colin Cowherd is moving his microphone to another part of Manhattan Beach.

The Fox Sports personality has bought a home in the Tree Section neighborhood for $3.7 million and put a house nearby up for sale at $3.275 million or for lease at $15,000 a month.

His new home, designed by Doug Leach and built by Matt Morris Development, has an East Coast vibe with shingled siding, crisp white trim and classic dormers. A small porch flanked by square pillars sits off the entrance.

Within the 3,600 square feet of interiors is a great room with a fireplace, a chef’s kitchen with a wood-topped island and tiled backsplash, a dining room and an office/den. A breakfast booth/nook sits off the kitchen.

The master suite has a window bench and a glass-enclosed shower for a total of four bedrooms and four bathrooms.

Outdoors, there’s a flagstone patio, a built-in barbecue, a putting green and an outdoor fireplace. A two-car garage sits off the front of the home

The house came to market in February for $3.7 million, records show.

Matt Morris of Shorewood Realtors was the listing agent. Lauren Forbes of Coldwell Banker Residential Brokerage represented for the buyer, according to the Multiple Listing Service.

Forbes also holds the listings for Cowherd’s other Manhattan Beach home. The two-story Traditional sits up from the street and features white-walled interiors, a chef’s kitchen and a wine cellar underneath the stairs. A total of five bedrooms and four bathrooms are within roughly 3,700 square feet of space.

He bought the property last year for $3.095 million.
