Jesse Metcalfe, Cara Santana sell in Hollywood Hills

Jesse Metcalfe of “Desperate Housewives” fame and actress Cara Santana have sold their house in Hollywood Hills West at $1.95 million.

The Spanish-influenced Mediterranean blends updates and high-end finishes in keeping with its 1925 origins.

Inside the ornate double-door entry is a living room with a tile-accented fireplace. Interior arches, arched windows, wood and tile floors, beamed ceilings and wrought-iron work are among the early features.

A formal dining room, a den/office, a renovated kitchen, four bedrooms, four full bathrooms and a powder room lie within the 2,362 square feet of interior space on two stories. There is a guesthouse.

Patios, balconies and a courtyard with a mosaic tile fountain complete the grounds.

Metcalfe, 36, got his start on the NBC soap opera “Passions” in the late ‘90s and then in 2004 landed his role as the good-looking teen gardener in ABC’s “Housewives.” More recently he starred in the series “Dallas.”

This year Metcalfe fought zombies in the film “Dead Rising: Watchtower.” He’ll star in the coming movie “Destined.”

Santana, 31, appears this year on the series “Salem” and “Major Crimes.” She will be in the coming horror films “Reunion” and “Smartass.”

The property was purchased in late 2012 for $1,432,500, public records show.
