‘Real Housewife’ Kyle Richards puts a $7-million price tag on elegant Bel-Air estate

Kyle Richards, star of “The Real Housewives of Beverly Hills,” and her husband, Los Angeles-based real estate agent Mauricio Umansky, are seeking a buyer or tenant for their elegant Bel-Air mansion.

The seven-bedroom spot is available for purchase at $6.995 million, or for lease at $50,000 per month.

The “For Sale” sign comes after the couple bought Smokey Robinson’s former home — a 10,600-square-foot mansion in Encino — in October for $8.25 million.

Set on nearly half an acre at the end of a cul-de-sac, the two-story home is approached by a brick walkway.

Inside, the 6,229 square feet of interior space, renovated by Faye Resnick Design, features an elegant foyer with checkered floors leading into stately living spaces. Vaulted ceilings hang over the pub, which holds a large stone fireplace and wet bar.

Other amenities include a home theater and a den. The spacious master suite includes a fireplace and dual closets. There’s also Richards’ boutique-inspired dressing room, which was previously used as a gym.

French doors in multiple rooms open up to the back patio, where a pool sits adjacent to a lighted sports court. Elsewhere on the grounds is a putting green.

Records show the pair bought the home for $3.05 million in 2011.

Richards, 48, appeared in several horror movies, including “Eaten Alive” (1977) and “Halloween” (1978) before becoming a “Real Housewife” in 2010. Umansky founded the real estate brokerage the Agency in 2011.
