The two-bedroom, two-bathroom Mediterranean was built in 1924. There’s another bedroom and bathroom in the detached guest quarters.

Beamed ceilings, skylights and terra cotta paver floors are among the details.

Set behind the privacy gates, the main house includes formal living and dining rooms, an office and an updated kitchen. Floor-to-ceiling French doors open to a patio with a colorful tile fountain.
