‘Pulp Fiction’ house seeks a film buff in Studio City

Share

Here’s a unique spot in film history. The one-story residence used to portray the home of Quentin Tarantino’s character, Jimmie, in the movie “Pulp Fiction” is on the market in Studio City for $1.395 million.

Save for a fresh coat of paint, the house still largely resembles the version in the 1994 film — particularly the kitchen, where characters played by Tarantino, John Travolta and Samuel L. Jackson shared a memorable cup of coffee.

Other features in the 1,702 square feet of living space include a spacious living room with a fireplace, a dining area, three bedrooms and two bathrooms.

A covered brick patio looks to a lawn in the backyard.

The home, which was built in 1936, traded hands last July for $1.2 million, records show.

James Harris, David Parnes and Kevin Dees of the Agency are the listing agents.
