House calls: In the Nov. 7 Saturday section, an article about doctors making house calls was accompanied by a photograph provided by the company Heal that identified the man pictured as Dr. Manny Celedon. After publication, Heal said that the person pictured was a model, Aryan Morgan, not Celedon.

Baseball: In the Nov. 11 Sports section, the Dodgers Report said that Zach Greinke was a finalist for the National League Cy Young Award, along with Clayton Kershaw and Cubs pitcher Chris Arrieta. The Cubs pitcher is Jake Arrieta.

Water use: In the Nov. 12 California section, an article about a household that used the most water in San Diego County referred to Bel-Air, the location of another large water user, as a Los Angeles suburb. Bel-Air is part of the city of Los Angeles.
