Horizon Homes: In the Jan. 16 Saturday section, an article about the Horizon Homes program described a Horizon home in Claremont as being designed by Fred McDowell for ceramist Harrison McIntosh. The hillside house described was never owned by McIntosh.

King Day volunteers: In the Jan. 19 California section, an article about community service projects performed in honor of Martin Luther King Jr. misspelled the name of the volunteer network L.A. Works as L.A. Words.
