Debate viewership: In the Oct. 11 Business section, a graphic with an article about TV ratings for the second presidential debate mixed up the dates for the Bush/Clinton/Perot debate, the Ford/Carter debate and the Bush/Dukakis debate. The dates were Oct. 15, 1992; Sept. 23, 1976; and Oct. 13, 1988, respectively.

Plastic bag measures: In the Oct. 13 California section, a headline on an article explaining two ballot propositions related to the state’s plastic bag ban referred to the measures as Prop. 67 and 64. As the article stated, the two are Prop. 67 and 65.
