Pepper spray robbery suspects arrested in Lancaster area

Four suspects wanted in connection with two robberies involving the use of pepper spray were arrested in the Lancaster area, authorities said Thursday night.

The Los Angeles Sheriff’s Department accused the suspects of taking merchandise from Wal-Mart, Ralphs and Vons stores in the last two weeks.

In two of the robberies, the suspects were confronted by store employees. “The suspects sprayed the employees with pepper spray to aid in their escape,” department officials said in a statement.

The four men who were arrested were identified by the authorities as Gregory Terrell, Eric Bragg, Garrett Floyd and Geremy Scott.
