Medical study results: In the Oct. 24 Section A, an article about medical studies said that follow-up studies of the drug Avastin showed that it did not help breast cancer patients live longer with their disease without getting worse. Those studies did find small improvements in progression-free survival but did not show significant improvements in overall survival or quality of life.

Rock ‘n’ Roll run: A Weekend Picks item in the Oct. 25 Calendar section referred to the Rock ‘n’ Roll Los Angeles Half Marathon as a marathon. Also, the entrance fee is $150, not $15.

College football: In the Oct. 25 Sports section, The Times’ rankings of the top 25 college football teams said that Oregon State plays at Utah this weekend. Oregon State plays at Washington on Saturday.

Dita Von Teese: In the Oct. 21 Image section, an article about burlesque star Dita Von Teese’s new capsule clothing line said that the title of her latest revue was “Strip, Strip Hurray.” It is “Strip, Strip Hooray.”
