TIMES WIRE REPORTS

A fugitive animal rights activist believed to be hiding outside the United States has become the first domestic terrorism suspect named to the FBI’s list of “Most Wanted” terrorists.

Daniel Andreas San Diego, 31, a computer specialist from Berkeley, is wanted in the 2003 bombings of two corporate offices in California.

Authorities say San Diego has unusual tattoos, including one that shows a burning field and proclaims, “It only takes a spark.”
