Gov. Arnold Schwarzenegger is certainly not the first California governor to deal with budget issues. So did Earl Warren, Pat Brown, Ronald Reagan and Pete Wilson. 1. Had it not been for Bellflower H. S. and El Camino Jr. College - @ $ 7.00/qtr. including activities ticket, (pre-Reagam education funding fiasco) I would have not been admitted to the University of Missouri to work on a Ph.D. Return to the glory days of low-cost quality education at the H.S. level, Long Beach State, UCLA et. al. etc. etc. Your kids deserve it!

2. The notion of spending money on Illegal immigrant kids pisses a lot of (silent majority) people off.

3. Hey, We need to spend enough money to be "safe" even when it is selffullfilling. All the other aspects are distant secondary.
