Update: The Nuggets could set a team record by beating the Lakers a fifth consecutive time. They’ll be without veteran reserve guard Andre Miller, who was dismissed for two games after an in-game confrontation with Coach Brian Shaw. Denver had been on an eight-game losing streak spanning two weeks before it beat Memphis on Friday, 111-108.
