L.A. KISS loses to Arizona, 70-25
Despite taking an early lead, the L.A. KISS was defeated by the Arizona Rattlers, 70-25, on Sunday night at Honda Center in Arena Football League play.
KISS fullback Andres Vargas scored the first touchdown of the game, and the extra point gave the KISS a 7-0 lead. However, the Rattlers (10-0) quickly tied the score and had a 14-7 lead after the first quarter. Arizona never trailed again, leading 35-19 at halftime and 55-19 after three quarters.
The KISS fell to 2-8 with the loss. The team has a bye next weekend and will next face the San Jose SaberCats on the road on June 7.
