Yahoo reveals its workforce, too, is dominated by men

Yahoo became the latest Silicon Valley tech company to publicize its workplace diversity statistics, revealing a company that is overwhelmingly male, especially in its upper echelons. Women make up only 15% of tech workers and 37% of total employees, Yahoo reported Tuesday in a global breakdown of its workforce. And even though it has a female CEO in Marissa Mayer, the company's leadership is 77% male.  The company also reported that 50% of its U.S. workers are white and 39% are Asian.
